Ordered a custom design jersey. I had a design in mind so did a drawing and attached the relevant eps files. We did have a few hiccups getting the layout sorted but after some emails and some explanation on my part the design came together. The manufacturing and post was very quick. Super impressed with the Jersey, the colours, fabric and size are just what I was after. Will now be looking at sorting out a custom thermal Jersey.

I ordered cycling sunglasses for my kids before the pandemic shutdowns started so shipping was delayed. When they were finally delivered, we were out of town. Our mail was supposed to be forwarded, but we never got the sunglasses. USPS showed that they were delivered, so we assume they were stolen. A customer service rep Christopher worked with me thru it all, he always responded to my emails. He offered to send us replacements after filing a police report, which we did. They did what they said and the sunglasses looked great, we were impressed !

I'm so sorry I saddened you. But, it's a small price to pay for the frustration of dealing with your company. Another week of waiting for a return label and another week with zero response from you. On the plus side, you've converted a relatively quiet internet buyer of goods into an angry reviewer writing snarky posts - so there's that Update: it took several harsh poor reviews on social media but Bicycle Booth made good and decided to credit the purchase. Credit to them for doing the right thing but caution to review readers regarding the lengths that I needed to go to in order to facilitate the correct action

The fit and sizes are not 100% correct. According to the table of dimensions and decided M or L size but, they are quite big. Should be good to review and adjust your table. Regards

Received jersey & was disappointed. Unfinished edges, awkward seam locations, cheap materials and it took almost a month to get here. I followed the instructions on the packing slip verbatim, & paid for return shipping & insurance. After 3 weeks and they said they never rec'd the merchandise, and that I sent it to the wrong address. This company not only sells poor quality goods, they will not give you a refund even if you follow the returns instructions exactly. I thought I'd try them because their jersey was $10 less than the Pearl Izumi counterpart. MISTAKE! Pearl Izumi's quality is far beyond BB's and worth the incremental cost difference imo.
