I bought this vase for my daughter for one of her Christmas presents. It arrived in protective packaging. It is absolutely beautiful and I received a free bookmark. It is unique and so different from what you expect a flower vase to be. I shall be ordering again as I hot a 15% off card. Great company to deal with and I wish them well.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Very prompt, up to date tracking and the vase was beautifully packaged and exactly as seen on the website.

Placed my first order after a lot of umming and ahhing - I thought it was the perfect gift for a friend for Christmas. Instead, Evri have lived up to their negative reputation and failed to deliver this item safely. I am now without this gift in time for Christmas. Evri we're as useless as always and despite completing an online form and sending an email, I have yet to even receive an acknowledgement from the company. I know its a busy time of year but when I'm receiving several automated emails following my purchase, a little "we have received your email" would go a long way. I wanted to give the company a chance to resolve this first but so far everything feels so uncertain, which is the last thing I want while feeling ill. I'm not sure I'd order again (for myself) as I originally intended.

Dear Jo, Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we’re truly sorry for the delayed response. This is our peak season and our team has been a bit overwhelmed. We’re especially sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet, particularly as it was intended to be a Christmas gift. Due to the holiday rush, shipping carriers are experiencing significant delays, and some deliveries are unfortunately taking longer than usual. Please know that we are actively following up with the carrier and doing everything we can to encourage the fastest possible delivery. We completely understand how disappointing this situation is, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out. We're here to help!
Marianne
Vase arrived damaged and asked for a replacement or refund but was refused. Waste of money as vase was unusable and unable to return as the warehouses are in china.

I never received my vase and have been trying ever since to get a refund! The company have acknowledged that the parcel has gone missing but refuse to give me a refund. Do not use this company unless you have money to waste! They have made my experience beyond stressful and I have nothing to show for it!
