Hi Pam, We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Regarding the origin of our products, while our company is headquartered in Boulder, US, our manufacturing facilities are located in China. Despite efforts to produce locally in the US, the associated costs pose a challenge in maintaining competitive pricing for our customers. We hand select each factory that we work with and work hard with them to ensure that each and every product is to the highest standard and is legally and socially carried out to our exacting standards. Nevertheless, we are actively exploring opportunities to bring production closer to home in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify areas for improvement. We are dedicated to enhancing our services to ensure a better experience for you and all our customers. Rest assured, we are actively working on expediting the delivery of your order to you as soon as possible. If you require further assistance or have any additional concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to support you every step of the way.
