However, we would like to clarify that we did contact you by email to confirm the correct shipping address, and we received your confirmation on May 10th (as shown in the screenshot previously shared with you via email). After receiving your confirmation, we prepared and handed your order over to the shipping carrier on May 13th. Regarding your refund request, it was submitted after the order had already entered the shipping process, which is why we were unfortunately unable to approve the cancellation at that stage. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration caused throughout this experience.
