Non of the items I ordered fit

Because website stated an item was available but later I was sent an email telling me to purchase another item because what I chose was not available.

Disappointed, made my first purchase. The swimsuit runs so tiny. I am a small ordered small it looks like it's for a child. Bfyne refused to exchange although every tag & liner are on swimsuit.

The smoothness of the whole experience. Excellent merchandise quality. A bit too pricey I ordered from Canada (Toronto) and the fees for shipping/ delivery are a definite killer. Perhaps think of having a point of contact here for pick up, exchange … etc. Overall it was a good experience, will recommend and continue to support your company/brand. Wish you success.

Poor quality to my shawls, the bathing suits are too thin, overpriced for something so cheaply made, I’ve gotten shawls from here before but the print was so see through and so poorly done, im very upset, will be the last time I shop here.

Never have I ever… Bought a swimsuit that I didn’t hate some element of its design or function until I was introduced to BFYNE! Never have I ever… Received countless compliments on a swimsuit until I wore BFYNE. Quick and timely processing and shipping. I am definitely a BFYNe lifer.
