My order was not shipped out until 10 days after place my order. I did not receive my items in time for an important trip despite paying for expedite shipping. Very disappointing given this was my first experience with BFYNE.

I sent the following email on February 19th at 10:37 am, Eastern Standard time, prior to me purchasing the swimsuit: Hello, I just subscribe to the website a few short minutes ago and received my coupon code. However, when I enter in the coupons code, a message appears stating the code is expired. I would like to use the 10% discount that was promised to me for this purchase. Thank you, I have yet to have anyone respond despite being notified that someone would reach out to me within 24-48 hours.

I purchased 2 swimwear from this site/company. Tried to do a return was told I should have checked the measurements on the site before purchasing. I wear both a Lg and XL but should have known better because all the models on the site looks like a pencil. I have several LG and XL I purchased from other site and they fit perfectly. I Will not be purchasing from this site again.
