I ordered a Dress that appeared to be black & cream in the pictures. So to my surprise the dress was brown & cream, i contacted customer service to initiate a return and their response was not what i expected. They basically said i should have read the description because it clearly said what color it was. WRONG Answer!!! I paid over $350 and that’s NOT the customer service i expected, i will never shop her again

I bought earrings from Bfyne Overall good experience , responsive team but quality of the product in this case the oversized earrings is terrible. For the price being charged, I expected better quality. The studs of the earrings are those plastic stoppers on earrings that are meant to be discarded . They look beautiful online but just not as described which was so disappointing. So beware before you buy because you can't return due to hygiene reasons

I made a purchase for a top ONLY WHEN YOU GUYS ADVERTISED THE WHOLE OUTFIT! There’s no way to cancel the order or speak with someone. I wanted to cancel because why spend 75 Dollars on a top and the bottom to match is NOT IN STOCK AS ADVERTISED IN THE PICTURE! Why not just advertise JUST THE TOP! Like all websites! I will never order her again! Now what am I going to do with a top that supposed to be a matching set! Please ADVERTISE CORRECT IF YOU KNOW THAT YOUR POLICY IS STRICT! Low budget companies are THE WORSE! Soon as I purchase I notice it was a top only! Now I’m stuck with this and no one to speak to!

I wasn’t able to use my welcome discount code. It said it was not valid. I sent an email to customer service and still no response. Shipping was fast though.

Shipping time is long it took almost 3 weeks to get my bathing suit and when it came the wrong bottoms were sent . After contacting them they corrected the mistake but it took another 2 weeks to get the correct bottoms
