I have an older hot tub that came with my house and the cover was in desperate need of replacement. I made contact with Beyond Nice to see if they could fabricate a new cover for me. I had to input the measurements, a few choices for options available and my shipping address and a few weeks later the perfect replacement cover was delivered to my house.

Misleading. Discover it’s actually a 6 week delay by their latest estimates yet they claimed it was “usually three.” They were significantly backlogged (double the time) at time of order but failed to disclose it. Rather they sent a misleading email one week after purchase that the “cover was being made” which is false. Two more making same claim over a month period continuing to mislead. No need to do business with people like this whith so many options out there (several whom I now discovered are very transparent about their lead times).

I am not one for doing reviews, but when a company goes above and beyond, I am compelled to share my experience. I ordered a SPA cover online from another company and struggled with the order and had some strong misgivings. Fortunately, I discovered Beyond Nice almost by mistake. The order process online was thorough but easy. The choices were perfect and I ended up getting a better SPA cover for about the same price. What impressed me the most was the customer service during the order process and after. There was always an immediate response to my questions and the right answer. Once the cover arrived, assembly took about 30 minutes. The directions were simple and easy to understand and on point. I would recommend this company any and every time you need a SPA cover. They are the best!

The website was easy to navigate and the examples for measurements made ordering easy. Good quality material. The only issue we had was one buckle wasn't sewn to the skirt. The other 3 were good.

Do NOT purchase this spa cover if you are relying on the advertised warranty. One of the main reasons I purchased this cover was the 5-year warranty, and when problems developed, the experience was incredibly disappointing. Not only did the underside begin failing, but the top of the cover is also deteriorating and crumbling. I submitted photos expecting warranty support and was told the damage was caused by chemicals, despite no testing being done that I am aware of. Instead of honoring the warranty, I was offered a replacement for an additional $450 out of pocket. What made the experience even worse was the customer service interaction. The person I was communicating with came across as extremely condescending and responded with comments implying I "obviously hadn't read" an article they had already sent me, rather than professionally addressing my concerns and questions. As a customer, I wasn't looking for an argument — I was looking for a company to stand behind the product they sold and the warranty they advertised. Instead, I felt dismissed and blamed. Based on my experience with both the product deterioration and the handling of the warranty claim, I would not purchase from this company again and would strongly encourage others to think carefully before buying

We replied to this customer's cover concerns by requesting pictures so we could see what was going on. The bleach patterns shown by the pics customer provided are obvious signs of chemical bleaching. This is called out in our warranty as specifically being excluded from coverage. We emailed a link to an article all about the chemical bleaching of hot tub covers. We asked customer to review and confirm their agreement with our analysis. Customer replied that they did not agree the cover's bleach patterns were caused by chemical burns, even though they had not read the the article. We were not looking for an argument, but trying to come to an agreement with the customer on what happened, and how we were going to proceed. We did indeed offer a replacement cover for $450, which is much less than our delivered cost - even though this is a warranty excluded situation. Not sure how we could have handled it better than offering to lose money to make the customer right - on a non-warantee covered claim!

I bought a replacement cover for my Jacuzzi but made an error on one of the measurements I submitted for the custom build of the cover. Realized this only when the cover was delivered. Contacted Beyond.com and asked about getting a replacement to correct my error that would make the fit less efficient for maintaining the spa as efficient as possible. Daniel worked with me to get another cover made to the correct specifications. There was an additional but quite reasonable charge for the replacement. Delivered pretty quickly with free shipping and no requirement to return the original cover. Good communication and very high quality product!

They are Beyond Nice Daniel and the company has come through to make our order correct. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, but Beyond Nice stepped up and made it right. My hats off to their integrity and willingness to make things right no matter what. Russ Rozek, Buena Vista, Colorado
