I love playing games on Betty Sweeps. I have good luck on some games and I have even been blessed with winning actual money. It took me longer to select the redeem button and choose my prize form, than it did to actually receive the prize. I had my prize money on my debit card in less than one minute. Hard to believe but so true!!! This is my #1 Game!!!

Normally this is my number one online Casino with it's easygoing verification, fast prize redemptions and great promotions. HOWEVER, they let me down today. I paid for the 9.99 110 Free spin promotion and they got their money and I didn't get to play my spins. I keep getting a having trouble with wallet or game went to sleep try again and the support says that I'm in Minnesota when I'm in Illinois. I've checked all my browser location settings, Google account location settings and my location settings through my device which are all set to give my exact location. Also if the location was the problem than the other games wouldn't load and they do. So now I'm forced to leave this review and make a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Jemi! We’re truly sorry to hear about this experience, especially given how much you usually enjoy playing with us. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. This issue has been escalated to our game provider for further review, as it appears to be related to a location error that should not have occurred. In the meantime, we’ve gone ahead and processed a full refund for the $9.99 purchase since you were not able to use the Free Spins included in the offer. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we truly appreciate your patience and continued support.

Okay so I decided to come back and write another review I've already written one about how great I think that he is but listen it's not the selection of games or the customer service or the ease of using the website although all of those are top-notch you guys it is the fastest redeeming place I have ever played at and I play at a lot of them and a lot of them claim to be instant and you have to wait but I'm not even joking you my first one was fast my second one was fast my third one was fast my fourth plan I did have to wait 3 hours for it but I just put in my last one and it was instant and I'm talking anywhere from 200 to 1500 redemption they're all the same day I've never had to wait not even for the first one the first one was instant before I could get to my bank it was there. I play today because I redeemed a large amount yesterday and I just wanted to see for myself if I would still be able to win the day after I made a large redemption because most places I play you don't win 2 days in a row and if you do it's only for a very small amount. Not at Betty y'all I just withdrew again that's 2 days in a row okay that's almost unheard of. Betty is the best and unlike other places she's not stingy ;) Thank you Betty!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such an incredible review, Michelle! We truly appreciate you coming back to share your experience again. It’s amazing to hear how impressed you’ve been with our redemption speed as that’s something we work really hard to get right, so knowing it’s made such a difference for you means a lot to us. We’re also glad to know you’ve had consistent wins and a smooth experience, even across multiple days. Your kind words about Betty not being stingy definitely made us smile 😉 Thank you for your continued support and trust. We’re so happy to have you as part of our community! 💖
