Thank you for being a part of our family, Armando. We are sorry to confirm that, unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide service in California. A full list of restricted states can be found at the bottom of our website. If you ever find yourself in a state where we do provide service, we would be excited to welcome you back! We truly appreciate your support and hope to serve you again in the future.

Customer service is not good. Wins are super low even tho I'm a high level player. Free spins never hit on nothing. Seems a lot like a scam selling packages with free spins when they never get over $1.
Response from Betty SweepsDec 19, 2025
We truly value the fact that you’ve been a long-time player of ours, Kansas, and our goal has always been to provide you with the best possible service. Regarding fairness, we would like to reassure you that all our games operate randomly, and outcomes are never influenced by previous gameplay or redemptions. At Betty Sweeps, we celebrate luck and strive to provide prompt, high-quality service at all times. If you have noticed any discrepancies or experienced technical issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team. Sharing a screenshot or short video will help us investigate quickly, and our team will be more than happy to assist you.

I have not always had the best experiences with customer service here at Betty. Today, it was a pleasure to chat with Evie. She was courteous and kind, listening to me, then answering my question quickly. Now I just need to find a way to get her wins
Response from Betty SweepsDec 19, 2025

What made it great is your team didn't stop until the problem was fixed even though it took me several chats trying the things they recommended before the problem was fixed

It’s great to hear our team stayed with you and worked through everything until the issue was resolved. Thank you for your patience and for recognizing the effort it took to get there.
