We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. We understand how frustrating it can be when promotions don’t meet expectations. Please note that many of our bonuses do include SC, and we always recommend checking the bundles carefully before purchasing to ensure they include what you’re looking for. Your feedback is important and helps us improve the experience for all our players.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, Normica. We understand how the recent changes including the provider shift, the gem system update, and the new redemption structure have impacted your experience, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear it’s led to disappointment. While some changes were outside of our control, we’re continuously working to improve the platform and bring fresh, rewarding experiences to our players. Your feedback is important to us and has been shared with our team for further review.

Thanks for sharing your experience - we hear you. Our games are designed to be fun and fair, but we totally understand that it can feel tough to win sometimes. It’s important to know that all of our games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness and unpredictability. This system generates outcomes completely independently of player behavior or past game history meaning every spin or play is truly random.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and understand that increasing the minimum withdrawal limit can be frustrating, especially for players who valued the previous $1 minimum. This change was part of a broader business decision, but we completely recognize that it may not suit everyone. Please know that such practices are not always set in stone as we are constantly reviewing and adjusting based on user feedback and the overall experience. Your input is valuable, and we have made note of it as we continue working to find the right balance for all types of players. Thanks again for your feedback and for being part of our community.

We understand the confusion and furturation this may have brought. We wish to clarify that while 'instant redemption' typically means the platform processes the request right away(or more specifically within 24 hours), the actual transfer to your bank or card can still take 1–3 business days due to standard banking procedures, which are unfortunately outside their control. We do our best to be on top of the game when it comes to our service and we will keep working toward greater experience. Your feedbacks means a lot!

Our goal is always to improve the platform, but we understand that some updates may not feel like an upgrade for everyone. We are actively listening to our players and taking feedback like yours into account as we continue to make improvements. If there’s anything specific you would like to see return or improve, we’d love to hear it, Briseida. Thank you for your feedback!

We're truly sorry if we've lost you! While we did launch with Pragmatic, you can expect to see more providers very soon. Hopefully, you'll give us another shot- we’d love the chance to give you a better experience next time around!
