New site on the block & they give some…
New site on the block & they give some really good new player incentives. Plus, I love their level up system. Pretty cool rewards as you go. One thing I find unattractive is that their verification system is via email which does not feel as safe as submitting my personal information through a company like verif. Still going to give these guys a shot though. P. S. I did receive the verification email. Read a review saying that they never got the email but I definitely did so don't let that scare you off. P. S. S. I just went and completed the verification procedure a moment ago and they do use a legitimate service provider to verify your identity. So all good there as well!!

Hi, Kaitlin! Thank you so much for the thoughtful review. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Yes, for security reasons, we do require that any personal documents be submitted directly through the site as this helps us keep your information safe and secure. As we're still a relatively new platform, your feedback means a lot to us and helps us continue improving. Thanks again for your support!

Real or not Real
Just started playing this game. So far it's kinda sketchy. I went to try and cash out and it was like I gotta verify myself. So I'm like ok that's normal. But after I entered my info it said I would receive and email to do the verification. But still have not received the email. And that mess about 24hr live chat is a LIE. When I click on it I'm only allowed to leave a message.

Thanks for your review, Deniece! When you had this experience, Betty Sweeps had recently launched, and we really appreciate your patience during those early pains. We're happy (and proud!) to say that things have come a long way since then- our Live Chat is now truly 24/7, and we've made big improvements to our verification process. We’d love for you to see the difference for yourself!

Garbage site..
Garbage site... i know a casino wants your money, that's the point. But they also have machines you can hit on also. That guy who talked about cashing out $700... guess how much he dropped, though?!!?! From Atlantic City up to the Connecticut Casinos... hitting $12,000+ on numerous sites online... Betty ain't shakin' that ass, then I can't drop my cash...

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us, Frank! Just like all social casinos, our games are based on chance, so results can really vary from player to player. While some players may win, others may not- and that’s the nature of slots. We always encourage playing responsibly and mostly just for fun. We are thankful for giving Betty a try and for being honest about your experience- hopefully, you’ll consider giving us another shot down the line.

Super helpful/responsive customer service. I won and redeemed $700 the first day on their site. Just got the money. Super legit and fun site with a bunch of popular games. Don’t let the no reviews scare you off!
