I liked Betty Sweeps when they had…
I liked Betty Sweeps when they had daily SC rewards and you could cash out a $10 redemption. Now the minimum redemption amount is $100. It’s not Betty Sweeps fault that Pragmatic Play pulled out of the US market. But my opinion of Betty Sweeps has been negatively impacted by the loss of a major game provider, their switch to the gem system, and Betty’s decision to multiply the minimum redemption amount by 10x. I do not recommend Betty Sweeps.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, Normica. We understand how the recent changes including the provider shift, the gem system update, and the new redemption structure have impacted your experience, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear it’s led to disappointment. While some changes were outside of our control, we’re continuously working to improve the platform and bring fresh, rewarding experiences to our players. Your feedback is important to us and has been shared with our team for further review.

Thanks for sharing your experience - we hear you. Our games are designed to be fun and fair, but we totally understand that it can feel tough to win sometimes. It’s important to know that all of our games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness and unpredictability. This system generates outcomes completely independently of player behavior or past game history meaning every spin or play is truly random.

NO SOLUTION SLOW SOLUTION!
There are several factors that makes an S.C. casino tops on my list. As we know there are well over 100 different platforms to use. Recently my phone was stolen. No big deal except that I have never lost a device or gmail accounts so I was not backing up passwords or backup codes. I used my device and phone number, passkey or auto fill from Google to log into everything. I cannot recover over my gmail. I have been contacting each and every Social Casino support sometimes by live chat but mostly by email. Betty Sweeps has by far the fastest and easiest "email update" There are several sites that used to be tops for me . For one reason I will not be using them at all and if they ever change their protocol. I still may not use them as one of these I had a 270 day log in streak. Modo,Sportzino,Pulsz, and Pulsz Bingo will not update a registered email address. What blows my mind is that there has not been one solution offered by their support. With Betty Sweeps I can be sure my account is going to be recovered if I lose access. Best thing I won't be corresponding with any support team member that isn't reading my emails completely. A big waste of time! Thank You Betty Sweeps! Great platform!

Bet at the Best, BettySweeps!
Betty Sweeps is one of my favorite social casino platforms! They pay out instantly once verified, which is so much better than most of their competitors. They recently started adding daily quests and deals along with their daily bonuses and they do not disappoint!!
