This site gets worse and worse. They’ve upped the minimum redemption. Removed the daily sales and have a pitiful daily login bonus. They went from running unlimited sales to. Absolutely no promotions. One can assume there experiencing liquidity issues. I tried to have my account deactivated and my data deleted from the database but……..customer support doesn’t respond. Not ideal Truly a clown show. -wise man has spoken-

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Brandon. We understand your frustration, and we are sorry to hear that your recent experience has not been pleasant. The recent changes are a part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a fair and sustainable experience for all players. That said, our offers aren’t set in stone as we regularly test and adjust them, and player feedback plays a big role in those decisions. We hear what you are saying, and we take it seriously. We are always looking for ways to improve, and honest feedback like yours helps us understand where we might need to adapt. We genuinely appreciate your time with us and the feedback you have provided as it helps us do better.

Ok I said before that this was a good sweeps well no it's not they lead me to believe I would get my rewards redeemed within 24 hours it's been going on 3 days and I've been verified 4 times over but still no rewards? So good luck everyone! Every sweeps game has paid me way faster and never lead me on to believe they were going to pay and dont

Thanks for sharing your experience with us, Deen. We are really sorry to hear about the frustration you have had with your redemption. We understand how disappointing it can be when things take longer than expected, especially after being told one timeframe and experiencing another. While we aim to process redemptions within 24 hours whenever possible, there are times where delays can happen, especially if there are multiple verification checks or high volumes of work. We absolutely understand that being asked to complete a security procedure more than once can be frustrating, and that’s not the experience we want for any of our players. Please know that we are committed to making sure your rewards are processed correctly and securely. If you're still waiting, we would recommend contacting our support team directly so they can give you a specific update on your case. We appreciate your patience, and we are here to help however we can.

Since the changes to 100 minimum SC redemption and restructuring of bonuses, I've noticed a much lower RTP. I have gone through countless spins on different games, and notice that my return on Betty Sweeps is far lower compared to when I first started using this site. Even if I buy a promotion with 10 - 20% extra SC, breaking even seems impossible now. It seems like my return is closer to 50% every single time I play. I'm going to deactivate this account after my next redemption, and no longer recommend Betty Sweeps.
Response from Betty SweepsOct 18, 2025
Thank you for sharing your review and concerns, Dracos. We completely understand how discouraging it can feel when your recent gameplay has not met your expectations. We want to clarify that the return rates (RTP) on our games are fixed and do not change based on your account, whether you have won or lost in the past, or how often you play. Every spin is completely random and doesn’t “remember” what happened before, there is no pattern or adjustment based on your history. That means it is possible to go through tough streaks, even though the games are designed to offer a fair experience over time. RTP is based on long-term averages, so short-term results (good or bad) can vary a lot. That said, we are always happy to look into your account to ensure everything is functioning as intended. If you would like us to take a closer look or have additional feedback you'd like to share, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We appreciate your time with us and hope we can help turn things around.
