Well, first and foremost the redemption process is super fast unlike any other place it’s fabulous. I love it. The couple of times that I’ve had over a couple grand it’s taken a day or two, but within the hour The promotions, the games are great. I’ve never had any issues with them. Customer services grades. I’ll be there a while.!!

Thanks for your review, Diane. We are happy to hear you are enjoying our services. We have made some recent changes as part of trying to keep things fair and sustainable for all players. That said, nothing is set in stone as we are always testing things out. Feedback like yours really helps guide those decisions. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts!

They don’t do what they say 5% of lose was not ever put on my account all they say is they are working on this issue but have not
Response from Betty SweepsOct 18, 2025
Thanks for your feedback, Misty! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We would love to help clarify that the 5% Weekly Coinback is designed to give a small return to players whose gameplay hasn’t gone their way during the week and there is a minimum requirement to receive a Coinback. We made sure to review the matter and send an email back to you accordingly. That said, you are absolutely welcome to opt in again for the upcoming week. We would love for you to take part! Thanks again for your review! Your feedback truly helps us improve and continue to grow.

I like that the casino pays out in seconds but it’s really hard to win enough to cash out, some of their games lag quite a bit…… I personally probably won’t try again….
Response from Betty SweepsOct 18, 2025
Thanks for your feedback, Brittany. We acknowledge that it can be frustrating when wins don’t come as often as you would like, but please keep in mind that all our games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). This means each spin or game outcome is completely random and independent. Your chances of winning don’t get better or worse based on previous results or how much you have redeemed. Lag can definitely take away from the fun, and we are working on improving game performance to give you a smoother experience. Any screenshot or short video you send to us as soon as the error occurs is highly appreciated. If you ever want to give it another try, we are here to support you.
