I love the product, told my vet that I use your product when Emily gets to chewing on paws and she stops. The vet took note and put it in here file. But I do have tell you that your website for ordering, as far as I am concerned, stinks. The pop up to subscribe is annoying and I do not do those. I order when I need it. If I could give zero stars I would. The product does not work and they have terrible customer service. The number list does not work and they some how trap you into a subscription. I have two bottles I have not even opened and half of another. One of the bottles came after I canceled the subscription! What a scam! You guys need to be more transparent with the subscription business and have better contact information!

Speed and availability

I tried Better Wild and sadly my dog is allergic. In the process, there was confusion over payments and I ended up overpaying. There was some confusion and I was out quite a bit of money. I posted on Trustpilot and it reached customer service. I am now whole financially and so glad that customer service really cares. I hope that many others try the product and it works. I'm sorry it does not work for me but I have not heard of any other allergies and my dog does have some weird ones. Thank you BetterWild.
