Have not had any bad issues. I do see larger containers in ads and I have larger dogs so being economical will decide if I can stay with this company

I am not impressed with this scam of a company. I bought some products from them that was supposed to help my dog but it didn't and I now lost happy Henry. I want to cancel my order and close my account with them but they didn't have any buttons to use do this. Instead they said send us an email and ask if I could cancel my order and close down my account. Like what the f is that I need to ask permission to close my account down. I am warning everyone don't do business with this company and why don't they have a contract phone number? I had tried after the last package to cancel my order and now they sent another that I don't need because I no longer have happy Henry and they say I can get a refund if I send the crap back gggrrr

Just purchased. Both beagles turned their noses on product and would not eat!!! That’s a Beagle not wanting a treat is unheard of. I had to smother it in their Farmer’s dog food in order for them to eat it.

I had great customer service. Went above and beyond. Contact continued until everything was taken care of. I had a problem with packaging, product was fine but packaging was damaged. Fault of post office.
