Better u psychedelic therapy is seriously soul changing. The care team is awesome. When I first signed up i was unsure and skeptical but after receiving the medicine and it transforming my behavior I can't say enough about ketamine. When I take a micro dose I'm able to be present and patient with the people around me. I have to say the medicine is uplifting and spiritual and calming in the same instance. I've been a customer since October of 2023 and I recently spoke with Cathy Cieri and she spent time with me refreshing me on tips to make the medicine as effective as possible and the modules that are available on the Better u app and playlists on Spotify. They are a top notch group of people that I would recommend to anyone needing to find peace and understanding in their life. It is truly a spiritual experience if you let it be. I wish I could share this medicine with all nice people!

I have tried everything possible to relieve my depression and anxiety and nothing has worked better for me than ketamine therapy. I was going through one of the hardest years of my life, specifically with grief & loss, when I discovered Better U & ketamine therapy. I had already been on a healing journey for a few years and tried many different healing modalities but hadn't considered psychedelics prior. The way in which the program is set up with all of the modules and journal prompts, I felt that I learned a lot and was fully prepared by the time I was ready to do my first session. Since I didn't know what to expect, it was comforting that there was so much information available & I could ask any questions I had, along the way. I experienced a deep loss while I was in the program, and I know that it helped me process my grief in real time & really show up for myself and my family. Grieving is a really difficult emotion to process and is one we all go through at different points in our lives. It hardly ever gets talked about in terms of making it easier to navigate. I felt like the ketamine therapy allowed for me to fully let go, be present & feel connected. I love that there are so many helpful and healing resources specific to grief available. After submitting my negative review on Feb 19, 2024, there just so happens to be a bunch of new 5 star reviews in the last two days. Sooo FAKE. Better U sent me two spoiled/tainted batches of ketamine and are now ignoring their promise to make it right. — 👇👇👇 Really, Mr Chesne?? This is just pathetic. You have never taken the opportunity to contact me directly about these known issues. You STILL owe me $1,000 for a tainted shipment of ketamine. You tried to have TrustPilot remove my negative reviews before this lame PR response. Thank you for providing more proof to *NOT* trust Better U.

So far I have done five out of eight ketamine treatments through Better U. This has been and continues to be a life changing experience. I am very impressed with the counselors and the online self guided sessions. I have noticed tremendous shifts in my attitude, perspective, and my ability to deal with stress. The most remarkable change is in my level of creativity. I truly believe that these Ketamine treatments (with the guidance provided by the Better U program) have resulted in positive changes in my brain. I highly recommend Better U if you are wanting to heal your mind, your heart and your soul.

This company has been a lifesaver. They tend to respond a little later in the day I guess because they're out on the west coast. But they respond to every portal message and when I've spoken on the phone they have been supportive and wonderful. They've also been very accommodating in terms of price and prescription.

The continued care and support check in with Cathy Cieri continued the 5 star support that has highlighted my journey to heal and grow through a particularly difficult time in my life and continues validating that I am indeed in the right place getting the support and guidance needed in accomplishing the goals I have set out to accomplish with this service. Cathy and the rest of the team have added to an already impactful experience through their positive, encouraging and professional interactions offering valuable insights and perspectives that have proven more critical in my growth than I ever expected when first starting. I wouldn’t be where I am today with them and for that I am truly grateful.

This year has been one of the better years of my life despite going through hardships. I had a cousin pass away due to covid, almost had to move out, stress from work etc. My birthday just passed and the day after my father died. I got the help I needed with therapy and ketamine therapy through BetterU. I did 28 rounds of ect (Electroconvulsive therapy) for major depression. It barely helped, it may help for some people, but not for me. Ketamine therapy was my solution. BetterU completely helped me. Customer service is top notch, so quick to respond, extremely and sympathetic. To be honest I tried two previous companies before trying BetterU. Low dose therapy did not help for me, others had poor customer service and higher cost. My wife and I are nurses, although I’m now disabled. We love helping people. I tell my children this, but try to leave this world in a better place than when you came in. On a great note, I have achieved better communication with both my 17yo and 21yo sons. We were estranged for over two years! We are now hugging and im teaching my oldest son how to drive. My relationship with wife has never been better. She is my rock and also my ketamine therapy sitter! Happy wife, happy life! My 11yo daughter can do no wrong hehe Daddy's girl. We now have father daughter days. Took her to the hair salon the other day to dye her hair for the first time, came home and happily showed my wife. Ketamine has released pent up emotions, gave me insight on life, deeper thinking of the past, and what I want for the future. It has stopped intrusive thoughts. With the deeper thinking while using ketamine, reading books, and therapy, I now understand everything is just “stuff”. Luxury cars, huge TVs, homes that you can’t really afford. It’s just “stuff”. Life is about love and that’s priceless. Everything you do and don’t do in life, create a rippling effect, either good or bad in other people’s lives. I have to thank BetterU, ketamine treatments, and therapy to help expand my mind. BetterU is a game changer! I need to thank them from the bottom of my heart. My quality of life has improved greatly. Im a better person, better father, and better husband, and better son. That is what the world needs. Thank you again BetterU.
