For someone who has battled anxiety for as long as I can remember, finding something with rapid relief through ketamine therapy was nothing short of amazing. Michael was incredibly supportive, ensuring I understood every step of the treatment. I’ve been working with Better U for a little over 3 months now, but I’ve been receiving therapeutic ketamine treatments since 2019. My psychiatrist is retiring soon so I was hoping to find a way to do treatments at home, and Better U was the answer for me. I was impressed with the amount of information within their app, and the links they have to other sources to support the actual therapy part of the process. As I said I’ve been doing this awhile and had to figure out a lot on my own, and in Better U its step by step set up for us right there in the app to work through journal prompts or guided meditations week by week. I’ve also found the customer service to be very responsive. You can text them, message within the app, or schedule a zoom meeting if you need to talk with someone. They’ve supported me in a tough time and celebrated with me as it got resolved. Finally, the welcome kit that comes with the first order has one of the best eye masks/sleeping masks I’ve ever seen, and I’ve looked. That sucker blocks out almost everything, if not everything, without putting pressure on my eyes. This may seem like a minor thing, but to me it speaks to the thoughtfulness that has gone into so many details throughout the program.

White Glove service. I started this weight loss journey with Henry Meds and had a negative experience. I had a different doctor each month, no one understood what my health plan was, and I went twice with missed medicine and no one cared about how that would impact me from a health perspective. It was awful. I was hesitant to try again but was pleasantly surprised with BetterU. You are given your own individual rep that has ownership over your account. They check in with you, communicate with you through your preferred choice of communication, mine being text and have a same day turnaround time to any inquiries or concerns. I feel safe and in good hands. After all, this is a healthcare matter, not just some diet. Oh, and I am losing weight!

I need a note for work so I don't lose my job for getting treatment and it has been TWO WEEKS and no one can provide me documentation I need, just a doctors note saying I am capable of working while going through the program. I will lose my job and it seems it is just overseas customer service reps that can't do anything because theyre not doctors. If you get drug tested at work, DO NOT go through this treatment. They will not provide documentation to save your job. Edit because they called to try and make things right: i ended up begging my regular doctor for a note to keep my job, and they say they can provide a discharge note once I'm done with the treatment. I believe that will be an easier request. We'll see!

Ketamine therapy saved me. I have borderline personality disorder, and suffer from chronic anxiety and depression. I have just completed my 6th session from better U, and I cannot recommend it more. I went from an anxiety level of a 9-10 to now a 0-1. My mood has shifted where I am joyful and am naturally friendly. I have been extremely surprised at my natural friendliness. I would normally be overwhelmed and irritated when people would want to chat and say hello, now I naturally do it back without thinking or hesitation, it’s just me! My weekly sessions with the ketamine have been a pleasure, the playlist is fire and I’m just so so grateful for this experience. Please keep in mind this is a journey, and I had to feel a lot through the last 5 weeks. Deep depression and grieving followed Immediately after my first 4 session, but lifted after a few days, and I always came out the other end feeling stronger and more balanced than the last session.
