Ketamine has been life-changing for me, and I have greatly appreciated the expertise, positivity, and support shown by Better U's staff and clinicians. I am just beginning to take advantage of the Better U app, which has a wealth of information and tools to assist us all in better living, and excited that the company's array of services is expanding. Bravo to this fine company for helping individuals proactively manage their mental and physical health and wellness.

I have struggled with PTSD and treatment resistant depression for 20 years. I have tried 32 different psychiatric medications, and none of them lifted the sadness. I was just functioning. I took a leap with BetterU and it had changed my life. I am able to feel positive emotions, I can laugh, the doom and gloom outlook I had on life for so many years is gone! Don’t get me here, I still take a lot of psychiatric medications daily, but the Ketamine allowed my brain to open up and see the light. I want to share this with as many people as possible because I had given up hope of ever being happy. Now I know that I can, and I will be happy. BetterU supported me the whole treatment program and are there anytime you need something. The program is not hard to follow, and was truly worth the investment for me. Thank you BetterU!

I hesitated for months before finally deciding to try BetterU. Psychedelics just felt out of my league or something, I had never considered them ever before. But I have to say, I’ve been very impressed with the kind people at Better U and have had an incredible experience with the treatments. Years of antidepressants and anti anxiety meds did not provide even half the relief and peace I experienced during a session. The journal prompts are fun and engaging, and the follow up care is excellent. Highly recommend.
