never received the product

Ordered morning of 12-18-2020. Per Snail Mail tracking system package is still setting in your shop 12-23-2020. And I paid $$$ for over night service thinking it would ship using a true shipping company with system of shipping that is reliable!! Not good. Don’t offer or promise things you can not deliver!! Finally arrived 01-04-2021!!

I heard a radio ad about the product and part of the AD specified that the day I heard the ad was the last day to order for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I ordered this product expecting delivery before Christmas. I wanted to give this as a gift for my wife. At the time I placed the order arrival time was project as the 21st so how can I give a good review of the product when I did not get it it on time.

My experience with your company today was frustrating to say the least. First I tried to call you and finally gave up after 10 minutes on hold after the promise that you cared about the call and someone would be with me soon. That someone never materialized. I thought that was interesting since I am often besieged with calls from your salespeople. The next thing I knew I was online ordering several of the product with the cost of $800 and I wanted only one. I frequently order products online and this was the most difficult experience I have had doing so???
