A quick sale item was offered right after my other order. A birthday was required yet it REFUSED to enter the birthday even though I kept saying enter! Now I am frustrated and angry because I waisted my time and good mood by attempting to order! Bah humbug!

Your shipment/receipt time on an order placement is superb. Better than Amazon Prime ! I think I like the products, but have only been using for about a month and now I am experimenting. A couple of annoyances: some of the products have directions written on the side of the container and the words are so small I had to get a magnifying glass. I looked in your skin care brochure hoping to see the directions there, but no. Also would appreciate knowing the order to apply some of the lesser known products. You have a lot of terrific choices and it gets confusing ! Thanks for asking.

This new eye product is an enormous improvement from your previous one. I used the previous product 2times and it is now collecting dust! This new product works very well for under eye bagginess! Once I receive my second tube which seems to be coming from Israel on a slow boat, I will definitely order again.
