I love Chamonix Skin Care products. It works really great, especially deep firming serum, under eyes dark circles treatment and body lotion. I am still exploring other Chamonix products. Looking to find really great product for the treatment of under eyes bags.

The $50 gift card was not applied at check out like it said it would. When I tried calling and after waiting for someone to take my call I was told to call back in a few hours when it hits their system. I already waited for someone to answer my call once now I have to call back in a few hours and wait again? I just changed my rating from 2 stars to 1 because of the EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one is even there to answer my calls to get this $50 discrepancy off my credit card. I spoke to an agent on Tuesday and she said I should see the credit by Friday. Well it’s Friday and still no credit. I love their products but NO customer service will keep me from buying again. What a shame!

Never got discount from promo code and haven't gotten e mail for delivery. Very disappointed.
