Chamonix Skin CareReviews of betterskintoday.com

All of there products are excellent! Very reasonably priced.

I ordered a firming serum and by mistake ordered 2. I sent two emails asking for you to correct this mistake. I hadn't heard anything so I called the company to find out the problem was fixed. I never received any messages nor still haven't heard that the problem was resolved. Not good customer service. The person I did talk with did a great job in helping me find out what had happened.

I am already a member was not recognizing me as one I don't know if that makes a difference in pricing or if it will reflect on frequently bought products.

Easy and fast

Very easy to navigate the sight.Quick and easy to order

User friendly website, great explanations of products.

Your products are so similar, many times I am uncertain of what I am buying. The sales staff I feel are mostly interested in pushing products rather than educating the customer. Your prices are high and I just want to know I am using the right product.

I feel like I got a bad deal because I don't like just ordering online I wanted to talk to a human being you never can get ahold of anyone there there's no excuse for not having reps answering the phone. You have better deals when you put batches of that stuff together but I couldn't figure out the deals I know you get better deals if you can talk to a person but there's no use trying that. Lol
