I love Chamonix skin care. Just want to say that up front. I’ve had several concierge service calls lately and have asked each if they could help me refine my monthly shipment of products as I’m having difficulty using them all. Each time I’ve been told I need to contact customer service. My question is: why are you calling me as a concierge service when you can’t provide me with a customer service? As it stands your concierge service is no more than a telemarketing call which I don’t appreciate. Thanks for your time.

Simple and staightforward

DISLIKE: Not accepting the promo code CHICKS. You should make your discounts more clearer. LIKE: Your products do work.

I added this item to my cart with the intention of purchasing additional items to receive the discount. I did not complete my order but this went through anyway. How does this happen? I love the products but have become very skeptical of the service selling them.

Product not improving facial lines

I tried to use a code I heard on the Megyn Kelly show and it wouldn't take it. I just heard it a couple of days ago. It was to get an additional 10% off of the already discounted most popular package.

The only thing I got from betterskintoday was a promo code that didn’t work. Then I ordered my product directly from Chamonix.
