I just ordered and ordering product on line was easy and fuss free.

I love my Chamonix products and I tell all my friends and people I don't even know.

I have not been happy with this company's way of doing business since my first order. I like the products but find the website annoying. I also do not appreciate that when I ask to talk with someone, it almost always seems like the company is too busy to talk with me and then I have to remember to get back later. I tried to talk with a live person on the website. I says I can, and then nobody answers. I think that if I have an agreement to for a recurring order, then I should be able to speak with someone when I have time. Thank you, Karen

Great product so far of what I've tried.

The hidden agenda of recurring shipments is misleading. Please correct this so that consumers can feel they are getting a fair and honest transaction with you.

Website and ordering were easy to use and problem free.

I was not able to enter the coupon for 35% off on my order.

Wish they had a one time order to see if it works first
