It was easy until I was finishing my order as a new customer. Thought I had all *areas filled but it told me I needed to fill in all *areas. There was no highlight or marker to help me find the missing item. After going over everything several times I finally discovered my password and repeated password didn't match.

I wanted to get the 40% discount as outlined in an email promotion. I didn't get it for the bogo 50% off. The system came back and stated the discount was applied but it wasn't when I checked out. I also wanted to purchase the large package but didn't want the auto ship.

I have been a Chamonix client for YEARS and had the hardest time ordering today. Due to some privacy thing, I had to make a new account and had to try several times before it finally worked. I kept getting the message "you must fill out all fields" -- ALL the fields WERE filled out! It was extremely frustrating and I almost gave up. But I love Esotique with Retinol so much, I had to keep trying.
