Frustrating I found it frustrating at times because I was not able to "go back" to another page easily....had to "search" to get back. The web site should be more user friendly.

I purchased a radio offer that included a mix of products. Tha sun spot corrector is fantastic! The eye products are very good. I will definitely be placing another order to try the Gen 90.

Ordering was simple and easy. The website was very easy to navigate.

Email telling me I had stuff in my cart, but after logging in it was empty. I also don't appreciate the numerous calls, voicemails, and emails about my cart items when in fact there was nothing in there.

I tried to place my order via the telephone because, during a past order, I was told by the representative I spoke to that I would get a better deal financially if I spoke to a representative. I tried to place the order yesterday, but your hours are limited. I called too late. So I tried again today during business hours. After holding a few minutes someone came on the line, asking for my phone number so that a rep. could call me back. I had an appointment, so I said I'd prefer to hold. She said I couldn't be placed on hold again since she'd picked up the call. She was unable to help me. I finally just hung up and placed the order online. If it truly is an advantage to place the order via the phone, then you need to have enough staff and enough working hours to make this possible!!! I had wanted to ask some questions. If your company has outgrown the current staff, you need to hire more people or extend your working hours, or maybe both of these suggestions or others need to be implemented.

Your site is not friendly in that I wanted to ONLY order 1 product and the site kept showing only combo packages. Perhaps you can design a bar at the top under the header that is labeled products and have the individual items, price with a cart availability. I spent an hour trying to find a way to order the item Genucel immediate effects. In addition I was looking for a "help" or customer service number to call and there is none. Very unhappy with the online ordering experience
