It was easy!!!

Never got the product that I ordered and paid for. Never got an email verification of the order or any tracking info. I will be challenging the order on my card.

To be honest, after making an online order, I realized I needed to use a faster shipping than the free shipping, called customer service (it was a weekend, Sunday I'm pretty sure) and the young man told me he could not modify my order. He said he would leave a note for someone to call on Monday to make the change. No one called. So I just let it go. I may not get the order when I like, but that's life. I have not tried the products, so I have no input on them.

Never received email with order confirmation, just a request to review.

It’s a week after Christmas now. My wife has been using the products since she opened them. She loves them and looks noticeably great. It’s the real deal. I’ve upped them to 5 stars. Meanwhile, I’ll stick with what I said earlier, below. I was not excited by the website ordering process ... my opinion is that it needs to be clearer. That said, I have to say that customer service is outstanding. The products are a gift so I can't say exactly if they work well or not, but I can say without reservation that this company really wants to do the right thing. Their support team is fantastic.

Had trouble changing quantity
