I have been using these products for a long time. I needed to get my password from the company or reset it or something. I tried over and over . Never got any answer or help. I finally ordered as a visitor .

Took three tries on three different days to get the order in. Once the site worked it went great.

Shopping was great but the site gave me trouble with the credit card. It is all resolved now.

My mother tried to make this order first, your customer service failed her. I called today and waited on hold to take to a message center that informed me that they could not place the order and sent be to the website. I then had to create an entire account just to place the one order. the website is not intuitive and the call center is just sad. I would never recommend you to any friends or colleagues. this was an incredibly disappointing experience that I hope to avoid in the future. Robert
