I just placed my first order. It was very easy. They show your entire order and total cost less discounts, if any, before you hit place. There are no surprises.

Ordering on line was easy and I'd give that 5 stars. But I called before ordering and it didn't seem like the guy that helped me had his act together very well. He kind of sounded like he just woke up. After explaining twice what I wanted to know, he finally gave me an answer. Then I told him what I wanted to order and he was so slow that I told him I'd just do it myself. It took a couple of times for him to even get that. But like I said, ordering on line was a good experience.

Was my first order after many years before when i was a customer. No trouble ordering what I needed. Thank you for making it easy for me to be able to place an order.

My experience was very disappointing. I was having problems with the payment aspect. I reached out and finally received a message that they are closed over the weekend and someone would reach out to me. No one ever did. I ordered because of radio personalities recommendations and I'm hoping I like the product better than the customer service.

Annette in customer service was very pleasant & helped me order a la carte what I was unable to order on-line.
