I love your products, but hated ordering on line. The wait on the phone was outrageous, so I had no alternative. Most of your sales people don't work from an office any way, so it should be possible for you to keep those people employed. Every other company I deal with has done so.

I love the genucel stem cell therapy eye product for bags and puffiness, and the service has always been excellent.

A week since ordering with a free 2 day delivery and my. order is still in "Pre shipment" status across the country. Hmmmm.
