When checking out as a guest, all info requested was supplied.Toward the end of checking out, was advised that i was agreeing to Chamonix's Privacy agreement, After taking the time to read ALL of it, all previously entered personal info was gone! All had to be entered a 2nd time.-Not pleasant! However, on a more positive note, the Labor Day Sale IS appreciated.

The end of season sale info came to me on a postcard in the mail. It had a promo code given. It said Buy 2 Get 2 FREE. Went online to order, bue the promo code "didn't exist!" ; also the sale pricing was Buy 1, Get 1 50% off. Weird. Very disappointed in the false advertising. Still bought 2 products I wanted/needed. But did not buy 4 products.

I tried to order via the phone and was placed on hold twice over 12 minutes and no one ever did answer the the damn phone.

I have tried many products, most of them quite expensive offered by the "top beautiful skin" guru's. After reviewing Chamonix's commercials and public reviews I decided to give their product a try. I talked to a consultant, several in fact to decide on just the right product for me. The consultants were very good listeners and all gave me the same suggested product. I have been using the GENUCEL Serum for several years. My dermatologist offers skin products and asked "What product in their line am I using as it is really doing great for your skin." I shared I am using Chamonix's Serum. She was amazed and told me to keep doing what I am doing....
