I have been to BetterMed Urgent Care in Willow Lawn (Richmond, VA) three times. Every time I have been impressed and thankful for the level of professionalism and kindness displayed by the staff. They saw me in a timely manner, addressed my concerns/problems, and had me out the door and feeling better very quickly.

The facility is very nicely decorated,nice and clean. I didn't have to wait long, everyone was very nice and friendly. The doctor I saw on my follow-up visit was very patient, tolerant, concerned, interested, professional and overall helpful giving me an accurate diagnosis and perscribed very good medicine.
