I would not go back they were very expensive they billed the insurance company much more then the other walk in facilities they also advertise that they do xray which they do not. They were very fast and dismissive with all the other walk ins this is not one I would reccomend or return to

Used BetterMed once for a sick child with tonsillitis and they were great! Went there a second time for another child for a sport physical as our pediatrician was closed and the receptionist rolled her eyes at us and said they don’t do them and sarcastically said “sorry”. I later found out they do so perform sport physicals but for some reason you have to make an appointment. There was no reason to be rude all she had to do was tell us we needed to make an appointment and we would have gladly done so.

BetterMed has a courteous staff and never requires a wait. You can schedule an appointment online or just walk in, both of which are easy and convenient. The facility is ALWAYS incredibly clean. I have visited the location nearest me for myself and my two young daughters and each time we are met with friendly and knowledgeable nurses and doctors. I used to frequent Patient First just for convenience (ease of access to the location near me) and when BetterMed opened, I thought let me give them a try. I am so glad I did! We’ve been going ever since. In comparison, BetterMed is so many steps up from our local Patient First! BetterMed provides quality service and it feels like the staff cares about you and your care.
