I will definitely be back very happy with my treatment

The wait time was over an hour.

I saw not a Dr though promised one. End of story.

BetterMed? I think not. More like BestMed. The staff at the Plank Road office has been kind, considerate and caring each time I have gone in for a visit. They don't leave you sitting in a waiting room, nor are you sitting long in the exam rooms before being seen. The staff is very caring and considerate. Easily the best experience I have ever had with an Urgent care style office.

After i paid off my bill I asked the place to take my credit card off their records and they said that i had to go some other place to have it done .

I went there for a cough and headache. Also I puked that morning so it concerned me. So I went to the ER that day and they literally told me to go home and sleep it off. No meds no directions on how to stop puking. So later in the week I went again and they gave me medicine that time but the girl i dont know what her deal was but she said that I'm over exaggeration and my symptoms dont make any sense. However I already knew they didnt make since and that's why I went the first time. She was the most rudest disrespectful person I have ever encountered in a hospital. Also I know nurses arnt suppose to act like a brat [not trying to be rude]. My grandma is one.

I am always happy with Better Meds. I come in about every 6 months for earwax cleaning. They always do a great job. This time they had some difficulty as their spray water bottle was not working properly. I hope by the time I come in next you will have a new one. But they worked hard and got the job done.

I’ve always been able to get in and out in a quick manner. The nurses and doctors, always check me out thoroughly and I don’t feel like they are rushed.
