Fantastic office

Great service, friendly staff

Great experience!!

They were great. I was seen very quickly and the staff was very nice and respectful.

The places was cleaned and they took me in very quick. The nurse practitioner and the nurses were friendly. I noticed that the examine room that I was had a TV to watch while I was waiting.

Great care and fast service! Didn't have to wait long to see the doctor and felt like he gave me the time to explain what was going on and felt comfortable with the diagnosis and plan of care.

This was my first visit. My initial check-in was quick and competent. Once in the examining room and initial vitals were taken by a tech, I waited at least 20 minutes for a NP or PA ( I forgot which) to arrive. No one checked in on me during the wait. My exam was quick and meds were prescribed. I had to has numerous questions as to the purpose of each drug, how long it should take for symptoms to improve, and discuss contingencies if there is no improvement or worsening. After a week, my conditioned worsened. I tried to follow-up by phone but my PA was not in the phone system. This experience motivated me to find a primary physician as an alternative.

Better Meds is the best, great staff and care for patients. The best is getting an appointment at the last minute. Myself and sister plus numerous friends have used the facility when unable to get regular appointments with our own physicians. It is so great and easy to be seen at the most inconvenient times, always seems to be on weekends or after normal hours. We all appreciate what you do for us. Thank You
