I was thrilled to ha e no wait time . The place was new and clean. And all personnel were very accommodating.

The front desk was very helpful, attentive, and quick. I was in a patient room within minutes of arriving after all paperwork was completed, which I loved! Once I got into the room, the nurse took my vitals and made note of my issues which brought me in. Once the doctor arrived he listened and tried to figure out the problem, without logging any of my symptoms or issues down, he didn’t even have a reference from the nurse as to what brought me in. The whole team took their time with me, listened to my symptoms, but ultimately I didn’t feel that I was heard and that they wanted to help me. I was frustrated and scared and would have appreciated someone to better help me with my issue at hand, rather than just push me through the system and check the boxes, which is what the process felt like to me. I left with no answers, no help, and wishing that I would have gone somewhere else. I would recommend for any standard cold and flu care, or even for mild infections, but anything remotely complicated or out the “every-day” sickness should be seen and handled at another facility that cares to go beyond the checklist for patient care.

Excellent care

I was at BetterMed shortly after Christmas. Even being diagnosed with the flu, my experience was good. I was treated and on my way home within 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
