Over all my experience has been great. I received several prescriptions. For Bronchitis The second time going there. The cough medicine for night time. CVS informed me and called them that they could not get. So I called BetterMed the next morning. They gave me a written prescription for the exact same thing CVS informed them they could not get. Another sleepless night. I called again the next morning. To inform them that I cannot get the cough medicine. I said that I could take codeine if that was their concern. I was told that whoever that was on duty. "I don't write prescriptions for codeine". I thought wow. You guys are making me feel like I am asking for something wrong. I understand all the misuse of codeine. But really? He told me to take over the counter medicine . Hmm have been doing that for 3 weeks.

I felt rush didn’t really received a full examination it was my second visit in 2 weeks. Went to primary care whom prescribed antibiotics and steroids with a cough syrup. I paid to see a doctor but got a nurse do I get a discount from BetterMed for being misdiagnosed

They have a friendly and caring staff. The facility was very clean, and I was seen quickly. My questions were answered fully, and my diagnosis and treatment plan were explained well.
