Very quick service after signing in…
Very quick service after signing in online. The bill turned out to be more expensive than i thought. Glad i had insurance. The doctors were nice and efficient. The only reason i gave a 4 ratings was that the receptionist never said hello or good morning. Atnleast acknowledge that i came in.

Excellent Service!
I went in to the Ashland location with a pretty bad cut along my wrist that required stitches. The staff took care of me quickly. I had their full attention.

What the dr diagnosed me with was totally ALL wrong. The staff registering and the lady who took vitals were good.

A visit
I usually go to Patient First or CVS Minute, but you are conveniently located and I thought I would try Better Med. Once I figured out how to check in on the computer, which was not obvious at all, there was a long wait to be seen. I waited a long time in the room once I had been admitted. I saw 3 different people, a PA and two nurses.Then I got a prescription for an antibiotic. Three weeks later, my ears are still clogged and I'm still coughing. Everyone apologized for the waiting...which was nice, but I doubt that I will return to Better Med. Thanks for the opportunity for feedback.
