CARE WAS GREAT. BILLING NEED SOME WORK. THEY CHARGED MY CARD AT LEAST 3 TIMES AND THEN CREDITED IT BACK, BUT I HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO GET ANYONE TO HELP ME FIRST. THEN YOU STARTED CHARGING MY CARD AT LEAST 3 TIMES THEN HAD TO CREDIT IT BACK. MY INSURANCE COMPANY PAID IT IN FULL. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY YA'LL KEPT CHARGING ME.

The person who swabbed me for covid testing messed up my sinus cavity. My nose still doesn't blow right. Testing was so very painful and I felt a pop when he angled the swab to the right and left in my sinus. I had a nose bleed for a while after. I have only been to the drive through covid testing, so I can't speak to their urgent care. They did respond quickly through the digital chart.
