This is the first visit to Better Med and I just got my bill. What would have cost me $30 at my physician is costing me $170 at Better Med. Even at full price at my physicians office, I would be charged significantly less! Next time I’ll wait for Monday!

While the COVID test itself was unpleasant, the staff and the facility made up for it. The office was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and the staff were all very kind and helpful. Kim went above and beyond to get us our results in a timely manner as we needed them for travel purposes. She checked on our results numerous times and called us after her work hours because she knew we were waiting and could not travel without them.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. My kids were nervous about the testing and the nurses were very patient with them and helped them through it.

My only complaint would be that I was told test results for the COVID-19 would be back in 3-5 days when it actually took 8. Knowing LabCorp was running behind on getting results back on time, doctors should lengthen their timeframe when telling patients.

Nice employees. Very professional and quick. Maybe a 2 minute wait. Went there for a covid test and got the results back after 10 minutes.
