I scheduled a Covid-19 antibody test. It was easy to schedule online and when I arrived for my appointment, I called in. They took my check-in information over the phone and then brought inside. There was no noticeable wait. I was professionally briefed on the simple procedure and pre-screened (temperature, blood pressure). The test took less than a minute. The doctor screened me to ensure all was well and I left. The results were posted on the portal for me to privately access a couple hours later. The whole experience was very positive.
