X-ray tech horrible
Doctor and front staff amazing. X-ray fella absolutely bad attitude. My daughter 12 years old coming for X-ray for broken arm. Extremely arrogant didnt sheild her neck like the doctor said he would during X-ray. I asked him if my son could follow us to the room 9 years old and he said no I said why not he said he’s fine I’m here in a total nasty way. My some was nervous as hell he ended up letting him. Come by the door. After X-ray was over my daughter said he didn’t put any shielding on her I asked him and he said new policy says not to. Wich I knew was false. I am contacting a lawyer I feel my daughter was exposed to radiation because the the tech was extremely lazy and also lied.

We take feedback like this seriously and someone on our staff will be reaching out. Our shields used during X-rays are now on wheels, so we no longer physically apply the shield on the patient.
