We really appreciate their flexibility…
We really appreciate their flexibility when we went to the wrong location for a Covid test and D people at the BetterMed in both Mechanicsville and Ashland were spectacular!

Everyone was very nice and helpful
Everyone was very nice and helpful. My daughter is afraid if men Dr but the Dr who assisted us did a great job making her feel comfortable and even had her laughing.

I'm 60 and walked in with chest pain
I'm 60 and walked in with chest pain. They told me due to my age I needed to drive to the nearest ER! Didn't even run an egg to see if I was in the midst of a heart attack, or let me see a doctor. Unbelievable. I would have thought they would attract make sure I wasn't in immediate danger.
