Excellent patient experience
Excellent patient experience. The place was very clean and the staff very friendly and attentive. The nurse and PA were very professional and knowledgeable. The process was quick I would recommend it to my friends and family.

I love bettermed
I love bettermed! I’ve been to both the regency and Chester locations for PCR tests to travel. They’re both awesome but I have to say that Chester shines. I called them for my results before they called me three times and they never acted frustrated or annoyed. Every time I apologized for bothering them they said that it was their job. I live in Williamsburg and I tell everyone to go to bettermed for covid tests.

Great Once You are Inside!
Once inside the facility, everything was great, the staff was personable and easy to work with...but due to Covid protocols, we waited outside for 45+ minutes despite having an appointment time.

Professional
Professional, friendly staff with very short wait time. Facility extremely clean and the medical staff performing covid test was so gentle no discomfort at all.
