Everybody is very kind and they are very punctual with their appointment. In this situation of pandemic, it is important to have kind and professional people who handle testing and patients. I will go back there for any of my needs which are Covid related. The place is spot clean and the organization for testing is precise and everybody is careful.

The staff are very professional and polite, the Drs, NP, nurses are all so thoughtful and very thorough as well. There was one time I had been dealing with an issue with no resolve for 3 months, it turned out to be a sinus infection, I'll admit I did not have the typical symptoms, with heavy mucus, drainage and fever, but thats bc the mucus was trapped, had anyone ever touched me they would have known this too. But the NP at BetterMed took her time, she actually listened to me, and she actually examined me...she prescribed an antibiotic and I was feeling better within a couple days. Im sure we'd all like to blame the pandemic but Healthcare has been pretty sketchy even beforehand.. the visits are long waits for a quick wham bam thank you mam, the Doctors rarely examine the patient anymore, 5 mins of talk and they are gone...sure the pandemic may have something to do with the lack of care I was provided, but 3 mons with a sinus infection is a bit overkill.. im so glad i decided to visit BetterMed,I have had a great experience each and everytime I have had to visit.

BetterMed does a great job of ensuring the patient is comfortable and understands the process. The online portal to schedule appointments is simple but thorough. I would recommend BetterMed to anyone needing a COVID test or any other test that they administer.

I wish I could give zero stars. These morons botched a gallbladder removal diagnosis, sending me all over town to pharmacies and ultrasound techs while in immeasurable pain, when they could have just sent me to the emergency room. After hours of this wild goose chase and waiting for results, I decided, ON MY OWN, to have a friend take me to the ER - where they promptly started finding a room for me so I could have surgery in 5 hours.
