Front desk - very polite and was very helpful asking for my reason coming to there area. Once in back all staff was prompt and was very helpful to assist in helping with the reading came to them. The dr took time to help me and answer all my questions.

Third time I have gone to BETTER MED for COVID test. Every time - the appointment was exactly as scheduled -- the people were VREY nice and understanding - and very clear on the steps needed to remain healthy/safe

We were just there for a Covid test. I expected someone to come out to our car with a swab. My daughter and I were ushered into a clean exam room and her overall health was evaluated. It felt very professional and the facilities were super clean.

I went to the wrong site and by the time I reached the correct location I was quite late for my appointment. The receptionist told me that they were already running late and it would be difficult to give me the covid-19 test that day. I explained that a hospice worker who attends my sister and her husband had been found positive for covid-19 and we were anxious to make sure that she had not inadvertantly compromised the household. The receptionist was very understanding and made it possible for me to be tested that evening. (The good news was that I tested negative!)
