Look clean smelled clean, people were really nice and i appreciate my experience

This was my second trip and saw Dr. McCool both times. All of the staff were personable and kind. Was in and out very promptly, and everything was very well explained. So glad we found Better Med!! Would recommend to anyone.

Friendly efficient and great communication ...did not feel rushed and the answered all my concerns so i understood.

My husband's blood pressure was very high so I made a telecare appointment. After speaking with the Dr he was advised to go into the closest Better Med to get an EKG. Thank goodness because his EKG produced abnormal results and he was referred to the ER at Chippenham hospital. I'm thankful for that recommendation because they followed up with another EKG that confirmed the results from Better Med. If we hadn't had the option to do that telecare appt my husband could have had a heart attack in our home and may not be home with us today. Thankfully, from telecare to in- person, my husband had the care he needed and he's home safe with us now.

First visit, after another clinic had closed my usual location on Sundays during covid. Received a follow-up call to report lab results. Staff was friendly. I did have a bit of difficulty registering on the computer system.
