I went to BetterMed in Colonial Heights on a Saturday to get a Rapid Covid test. I requested a time online, filled out the information, uploaded a copy of my Driver's License and medical insurance card. I received a confirmation with the information I needed, location address and phone # to call when I arrived. I drove the hour it took to get there and I called the number given. Because they were busy, I was on the phone for a few minutes listening to music (maybe 5 to 6) before the sweetest person answered and asked me some questions and said she would let me know when I could come in. I was impressed with the short period of time I had to remain in my car, maybe 5-8 minutes. When I went in, I stayed in the same room and a sweet and polite young lady came in and did the test. She told me to sit tight for about 15 to 20 minutes and the doctor would be in to give me my results. The PA came in and asked me several questions in regards to making sure I was not exhibiting any symptoms (I was negative) and answered several of my questions concerning Covid. She took her time with me and did not rush me at all. I felt very comfortable and was in and out in about 45 minutes. The system is efficient and the staff is pleasant and caring. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this Urgent Care Facility to anyone.

When I got there the receptionist was very pleasant. I did not have a long wait. The Dr. was very nice and the office was nice.
